For damage assessment and your claim reimbursement, please follow the steps below:
Step 1
- Immediately request details of the appointed Greek representatives of the foreign insurance companies from the Motor Insurers’ Bureau-Greece.
Important: all foreign insurance companies have a corresponding Greek insurance company whose role is to represent them. This company’s aim is to undertake the assessment of the accident that was caused by the vehicle with the foreign number plates.

Step 2
- Contact the foreign insurance company’s Greek representative.
Only you may communicate with the foreign insurance company’s Greek representative and this should be done as soon as possible.
Step 3
- Inform them about the damage that was done to your vehicle.
Describe to the representative of the representative Greek company in detail the circumstances of the accident (place, exact location, time, etc.) as well as any other information which may be useful for your claim.
