For damage assessment and your claim reimbursement, please follow the steps below:

Step 1

  • Contact the insurance company of the at fault vehicle immediately.

Only you may communicate with the third party’s insurance company and this should be done as soon as possible.

Step 2

  • Inform them about the damage that was done to your vehicle.

Describe in detail the circumstances of the accident (place, exact location, time, etc.) to the representative of the third party insurance company as well as any other information which may be useful for your claim.

Step 3

  • Ask the third party insurance company for an appointment to assess your damage.

A Claims Assessor from the third party insurance company will assess the cost of repairing the damage that resulted from the accident, inspecting your vehicle in a repair garage of your choice.

If your policy has Legal Protection cover, you should activate it in case your claim requirements are not satisfied.
